Spring/Summer Look

I thought I wasn't able to do that but I finally filmed a tutorial for my sisters channel :) I was looking at some bright clothing pieces and suddenly I realized that those colors would make a great look :) I thought of a pastel pink and a bright blue/green. Products used: - Jumbo eyeshadow pencil in milk - MAC handwritten e/s - 120 e/s palette by LENKA Kosmetik - pastel pink - 120 e/s palette by LENKA Kosmetik - black - Yves Rocher eye pencil in azur - 120 e/s palette by LENKA Kosmetik - metallic blue - Look By Bipa Eye Liner Pen - Chanel Le Volume de Chanel - YSL Rouge Volupte Nr. 15 First I took the Jumbo eyeshadow pencil and applied it on the moving lid and blended it out using my finger. Then I blended the MAC handwritten in my crease to give a little definition. The Jumbo e/s pencil was applied so the next shadow -pink- shows up even more. After that color was blended I took a black e/s and intensified the outer V and the crease a little bit more. For the bo...

MAC - RiRi Woo

RiRI [hearts] MAC I've ordered the NEW MAC - RiRi Woo lipstick on friday. I was so excited when I saw that Instagram was full of pictures of people ordering it.  Rihanna also posted that it was sold in the USA after just 3hr! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?! I knew I had to hurry up. And it was a just online deal. In Austria, I think, people didn't really knew about this sale start, so I was great for me since I had to wait just 5 min until the lipstick was in the basket Before you can order it, you have to pass an IP identification, since every person can get just 1 lipstick.  RIRI Woo is a take on the all time MAC classic RUBI WOO except that rubi woo is a matt.  This new lipstick is a retro matt, which means that it isn't as much drying on the lips as Rubi Woo.  RIRI Woo is slightly bluer in tone and just a little deeper. I must say I haven't got it in the mail yet, but I will update you with swatches of the product. :) From what I have r...

DIY Lip Scrub

Allthough winter is over -hurray- I'm sure there are a lot of us that are still suffering from dry lips and as we all know, lip scrubs can be expensive, even if they are from a low end brand. Therefore I want to show you how you can make your own - affordable and organic - lip scrubs. 1. Lip scrub - 1 tea spoon sugar - 1/2 tea spoon olive oil - 1 tea spoon honey Mix everything together well! Don't worry it won't desolve :)  After you're done, scrub it all over your lips. You can keep this in your fridge as long as you want. 2. Lip scrub - 1 teaspoon vaseline - 1 teaspoon sugar And thats all :) Mix it up really well and scrub it over your lips :) Because of the vaseline this will last a long time.  In my video for Youtube i've mixed a little bit of red food coloring in the 2. lip scrub and a tad of cocoonut extract in the 1. lip scrub for a tropical flavor :) Check this video out :)) xoxo Yelena

BIODERMA - Sensibio H2O

So I finally jumped on the band wagon and got it  the BIODERMA Sensibio H2O. I was extremely happy when I noticed that I can order stuff/medicine from a mass retailer pharmacy from my work :) Allthough I wasn't sure if they sell this product in Austria, I "test-ordered" it. And today it came in :) I've ordered the 500ml bottle, just to be safe in case of me liking it :D It would be sad if I would have to order it again, and suddenly its discountinued :( I've read many reviews on this product and I know that Lisa Eldridge loves it - but I want to see how I like this product. For the 500ml bottle I paid € 19,80. A little bit expensive for a bottle of "water" but hey I'm open to the world. Be sure to check my Facebook page but also My YouTube channel since I'm going to be doing reviews and update you how I like this product. xoxo Yelena

Glossybox Austria

I've been ordering the Glossybox every month since December 2012 and I must say I'm impressed with the products they've provided so far. The Glossybox in my country works a little bit different. It's not 10,00 $/€ like in the USA or Germany. It's 14,00 + tax. The taxes here are like extreme so lastly it costs 17.99 € I mean not that I not satisfied with the products and the price but I prefer 10,00 over 17,99 :D In this months Glossybox I've got The Glossybox Makeup Bag Da Vinci Shimmer Powder in 05 earth BIOTHERM Blue Therapy Serum Schwarzkopf BC OIL Miracle Volume Amplifier EUCERIN Sun Cream SPF 50+ Kiehl's Powerful-Strenght Line-Reducing Concentrate Line-Reducing Eye-Brightening Concentrate Till of today I've tried the Da Vinci Shimmer Powder and it made its way into my all time favorite. The Biotherm Serum is amazing. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. The Kiehl's Line-Reducing Concentrate and the Eye-Brightner...

DIY Face Mask For Every Skin Type - Dry Skin

We all love chocolate whether it is milk, white or dark.  - But, did you know that chocolate doesn't only suit your gums, but also your skin ;) The cocoa solids in chocolate are excellent for moisturizing, so this mask is the perfect remedy for dry skin. If you're a chocolate lover and you have some to spare, try this Chocolate Face Mask You will need: 1 bar dark chocolate  3 tbsp salt  1 cup milk  In a bowl mix the salt and milk until it desolves. Now melt your chocolate. You can use a double boiler or the microwave, which is more convenient. But be carefull not to burn your chocolate and that can happen quickly. Add the milk-salt mixture to the melted chocolate and stir it together so everything combines. Cool the mixture until it reaches room temperature. When applying the mixture cover yourself with a towel so it doesn't ruin your clothes. Apply to your face with a wooden stick or your hand. Make sure that the mask is not too hot so it doesn't bur...
